Refund policy

We want you to love your new shoes — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • It’s in the original packaging

  • All tags are still attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@brithype.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for your return (optional, but helpful!)

We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it quickly — either with a replacement or full refund.
